As well as having a substantial, highly skilled workforce, we have also employ many youth apprentices and we continue to do this, to ensure that the traditional skills and knowledge is passed on to the next generation.
In 2013, in partnership with local colleges and heritage bodies, we will be hosting heritage training workshops for tradespeople and professionals so that the traditional skills and knowledge required for the manufacture and maintenance of sash and case windows is maintained.
We are providing sash window maintenance workshops for property owners on behalf of Edinburgh World Heritage.
We strive to provide an efficient service, high quality workmanship and honest advice. The quality of our manufacturing is 2nd to none and all of our window fittings are all of the highest quality. Much of our ironmongery has been specially re manufactured for us based on original designs with subtle improvements, such as ball bearings on pulley wheels and thicker grades of brass on fittings.
